As standard practice for all of our jobs, we follow the project closely on a day-to-day basis to ensure all construction, design, equipment and infection control requirements are strictly followed. 

We choose subcontractors with proven records and have an interest in performing in a manner consistent with our clients requirements.  We deal directly with the Principal/Owners of the subcontracting firms and meet with them at least weekly during the project.

Our customers’ main contact is with a Downie – one of us is on the job everyday who has done the estimating, scheduling and coordinating and will be in control of the entire project from start through final billing.
